Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

In The rare occasion that we are experiencing a delay due to unforeseen circumstances we will contact you via email or telephone

Shipping Rates 

Shipping is free when you purchase a painting. 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You  will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your  order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within  24-48  hours

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Artsify.io is not  responsible for any customs and additional taxes applied to your order. All fees  imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer  (Tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

The item is insured, so please contact us in the rare case where an item may be  damaged and we will do our best to resolve the situation
